Specifically designed to cruise the intricate waterways of the Mekong, her design allows us to be the first and only in the industry to cruise all the way from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap (or vice versa). This eliminates over 7 hours of coach travel time to and from your ship, which means you get to enjoy more cruising. The impeccable design also lends itself to a more intimate experience, so you can truly immerse yourself in the culture, people and sights along the Mekong River. Built by traditional craftsmen, the Avalon Angkor has a colonial charm and is hand finished in brass and teak. Time on board delivers a refreshing outdoor experience, as all staterooms open to the outside and the large Sun Deck features great panoramic views and a 24-hour bar. A spacious, open seating dining room features a great choice of local cuisines and Western alternatives.
