Avalon Luminary
Overview
The Avalon Luminary is one of the newest additions to the Avalon Waterways river cruise holidays fleet, joining her sister ships in 2010. She is also one of the smallest ships in the fleet, with a maximum of just 138 passengers when full. This creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere in which to cruise and explore the rivers of Europe. As with all of the river cruise ships in our fleet however, the size of the Avalon Luminary’s staterooms make them among the largest available on any river cruises. Equipped and decorated to hotel room standards, each one has floor to ceiling glass windows from which you can watch ever changing views throughout your river cruise. The sky deck, with its sun beds and Jacuzzi is the perfect place to meet friends and enjoy the scenery and, afterwards, the rear lounge is an ideal oasis to unwind and relax.
