"My service feedback with Avalon Cruises"
The holiday surpassed our expectations in so many ways. The booking service was extremely helpful
The only thing I would say is that both of the two hotels used were not the ones that were advertised. Whilst they were very good, the advertised hotels had better locations. Given that our holiday was under-booked it was difficult to understand why all of our fellow cruisers (not just ourselves who were late bookers) were not in the advertised hotels. As a further minor point, we noticed that some of our fellow cruisers felt a little down and at a loose end on arrival in Prague at 12 noon. There was nothing on until an optional afternoon walk, and access to the rooms was not available. I suggest you (a) on arrival usher people into a room, have a welcoming drink and give them a talk on Prague and how to get about the city, what to see etc., and (b) negotiate access to rooms straightaway, not at 3pm, then people can settle in.
