Staff were excellent, service was good along with good food

Would of got a 5 but staff on airport arrival messed all bookings up. Even tried to put us on the wrong ship despite us trying to point the mistake out. Too busy on her phone to look after passengers arriving.

"Booking - easy and pleasant"

18th April 2018 - Mrs Mary Hargreaves

As a member of Journey Club I had to ring up to get the discount (which is easy and pleasant to do) but would prefer to be able to do all the booking online.

Food, stateroom, crew, excursions - all excellent.

"Website kept crashing, telephone conversations slow...."

17th April 2018 - Mr James Barnes

Website kept crashing, telephone conversations slow.

Would have been 5 stars if the meeting and transfer from Amsterdam airport had been better organised. We had to hang around for two hours waiting for the coach from the airport to the holding hotel. We then had another two hour wait for our transfer to the boat in a sparsely furnished room without enough seats for everyone and very poor refreshments. If the transfer had been organised properly we would have been able to go into Amsterdam for lunch, as it was we did not have time for lunch at all.
